My order and another person's was mixed up, so I initially got the wrong item and was quite frustrated at that, but Meg resolved it quickly and even gave me a chance to make some modifications. The dog tag is fantastic, and came out beautifully, except the lines next to the name were much shorter than the form I filled out suggested they would be.
